Order Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.

U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS and FedEx with an average delivery time of 15–20 business days.

International Orders: Delivery times range from 15–30 business days, depending on the fulfillment center.
Unexpected events such as pandemics, natural disasters, holidays, or adverse weather conditions may cause delays. While most packages arrive on time, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally affect delivery schedules.
Tracking details are provided for all orders. You will receive tracking information once your product has been shipped. For assistance, visit the "Track Your Order" page on our website.
Orders can be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of placement. To request a cancellation, email us at ayxeloyra@gmail.com with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER."
If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately via email. Address corrections can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, changes cannot be made after the order has been shipped.
Carriers usually make two delivery attempts before returning the package.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
